Coins, level and missions: waiting where you left them, on time.
Once you log in, the balance, level and missions your account holds are back in your ticket wallet, ready for the next departure from the depot.
Automatic resets are not running yet. Write to [email protected] from the email address on your account, and the depot staff will put it right by hand. Would you prefer a fresh start? Create a new account; it costs nothing.

Riders on Switchback Express must be adults of 19 or over. The games all run on virtual coins with no monetary value, which can never be bought, sold, withdrawn or exchanged. No ticket window on the railway sells coins and no payment page exists on the site, no prize of real-world value is offered, and success here does not imply future success at real-money gambling.
