1. Introducing ourselves

Your use of switchbackexpress.com (“Switchback Express”, “we”, “us”), operated by the operator of switchbackexpress.com, is governed by these terms, and using the site counts as accepting them.

2. Who is allowed aboard

Only users aged 19 or over may use Switchback Express, and using it confirms that you are 19 or over.

3. Coins in the ticket wallet

  • Virtual coins for the games are provided at no charge.
  • Coins are without monetary value and do not count as money, credit or property.
  • Coins may not be bought, sold, withdrawn or transferred, nor exchanged for money, goods, services or prizes. In-app purchases do not exist here.
  • Prizes of real-world value are not offered.
  • We may at any time adjust or reset coins, levels and features on the railway.

4. Real-money gambling: not on this railway

Real-money gambling is not offered or promoted by Switchback Express, and no link carries riders to a gambling operator.

5. Your ticket account

  • Beyond Chimehall Depot a free account is required. Each person may have one account, and it is not to be shared.
  • Keep your password private, and inform us at once should anyone else have used your account.
  • You can delete your account whenever you choose from the account page. Deletion takes effect immediately and is irreversible.
  • An account used to disrupt the site, or whose holder we believe has not yet turned 19, may be suspended.
  • The account holds the coins, levels and missions; none of them is your property, and they may be reset.

6. How to behave aboard

Riders must not disrupt the site or try to, run bots or other automated tools against it, offer coins for swapping, or let anyone under 19 use it.

7. Delays, closures and liability

The site is provided on an “as is” basis, and we may alter or withdraw any part of it. Any malfunction voids all plays and pays. Nothing in these terms restricts liability that cannot lawfully be restricted, and your statutory rights remain unaffected.

8. Governing law for the railway

These terms are governed by Ontario law and by the federal laws of Canada in force in that province.
